The weather’s been odd lately in Louisville, but it hasn’t stopped me from running around, chatting up artists. Over the weekend I caught up with an old friend of mine, Neil Mulac. We discussed acting, Carl Jung, Indigo children, and creative obstacles. Neil is an actor of both film and theatre, who also writes scripts, screenplays, and poetry. Above is a sample of some of his film work titled ‘Mae Waits’ ( a film inspired by the ‘Mumblecore’ movement ). Currently, he is in the midst of collaborating on a short film along with planning some plays for the near future.
Hey there listeners. Just thought I’d stop in and update you on what to expect in the coming weeks. I’ve got a pretty full schedule as far as interviews are concerned this week. I’m slated to talk to local actor and writer Neil Mulac, Samuel Herring of the band Future Islands from Baltimore, Mark Kramer aka his music project Tender Mercy, as well as female music duo Twin Limb (brand new to the scene, but tackling it like champs.) So, yeah, this is what you got to look forward to…be excited! I know I am.
